Collection service

A collection is a customised package of licences (starting from 2 users) that your organisation can download, store in your internal network and manage under one service agreement.

Who is this service for?

The service is suitable for users who need or already use a large number of standards (starting from 100 documents), reducing the administrative burden of managing individual purchases.

The service provides access to selected licences of European standards (EN, EN ISO, EN IEC).

Possibility to add new standards to the collection at any time with immediate downloading.

Amendments, corrections and new editions are automatically added to your collection in your user account.

How is it different from regular user licences?

Your collection is updated twice a month. Collection licences also provide a more cost-effective solution compared to purchasing individual licences separately.

What you get with the service?

Licences which can be stored on an internal network or server, where they can be accessed by designated number of users.
Predictable annual costs covering all updates to your existing collection, while newly added standards are invoiced quarterly.
Access the latest valid versions while avoiding duplicate purchases.

To get started, please send your list of required standards and the number of users to standard@evs.ee.

If you have previously purchased standards from EVS, you can easily transition to the collection service. We would also be happy to arrange a short demonstration of the service and answer any questions you may have.
